I already played Wordfeud for a couple of years. Now my tablet crashed and I had to start again. When I purchased Worfeud again, all my previous games and friends were gone. I play with the same name. Can you please help me to find my old games?

There was no need to buy the application again since it's a mobile one. You should have logged on with the email used to purchase the application and then Wordfeud would be available for downloading again without issues.
Username is irrelevant for mobile applications, because the email is the one that counts. In the future, login with the email and both the progress and the name should be restored automatically, only if the software supports backing up to Facebook, Google+ or their own service.
There are posts on the official support page of Wordfeud of users complaining about these error codes. Most of them are related to network connectivity. As a possible fix, change the network to something else if you're using WiFi and make sure that you are allowed to use all the services through that networks. Secondly, close all the apps running on your device and then launch only the Wordfeud one.
